Founded and led by Sean Phillips—a former medical student and neurobiology graduate—his approach blends traditional mindfulness practice with scientific expertise, personal experience, and a deep passion for teaching. At its core, Rounding Edges helps people realize peace, joy, and contentment as the nature of our being.
